Article 1 / Application of the general conditions of sale
These conditions are applicable without restriction to all sales concluded with the trailers of Kuzco - Le passoir - 56910 CARENTOIR.
Thus, the customer recognizes to have taken knowledge of the present general conditions of sale and commits himself to respect them. Any reservation on behalf of the customer, is worth acceptance without reserve of the general conditions of sales in force. These conditions of sale are subject to change at any time, and the conditions applicable will be those in force on the date the reservation is made. The customer making a reservation by internet or telephone is then irrevocably bound to the acceptance of these General Sales Conditions and the reservation cannot be called into question except for the application of the cancellation conditions.

Article 2 / RatesThe rates indicated are in euros and exclusive of tax (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the CGI).
The rates are per night, per room for the number of persons indicated and according to the selected period and do not include services (unless otherwise stated). The rates displayed are not contractual and are subject to change.
The tourist tax of 0,70 € per day and per person (over 18 years old) is not included in the price and must be paid directly on site. It applies all year round.
Some services can be the subject of a supplement and can be subjected to possible modifications without notice, not engaging in any case the responsibility of the trailers of Kuzco. No stay reserved before the implementation of a possible promotional offer will be the object of refund, even partial.

Article 3 / Duration of the stay and capacity of receptionThe customer commits himself for a determined duration and will not be able to prevail himself under no circumstances of an unspecified right to the maintenance in the places. The client also commits himself to respect the capacity of reception envisaged at the time of his reservation. If he fails to do so, the owner reserves the right to refuse the service and the stay remains due.

Article 4 / Reservation procedureIn order to confirm your reservation, we ask you to send us a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation at the time of booking. This deposit will be kept and deducted from the total amount of your reservation. This last one will be effective only after detailed validation by return of e-mail of the trailers of Kuzco.

Article 5 / Terms of paymentIn order to guarantee your reservation, we ask you to pay by credit card or to pay the deposit directly by check or bank transfer. Any reservation will become firm and definitive only after reception of the deposit within the given time.The balance of your reservation, including the tourist tax, must be paid on the day of arrival using the following methods of payment:
Credit card, Cash, Check
You can also use these means of payment at the end of your stay to pay for any extras consumed on site.

Article 6 / DepositAt the time of your arrival, the amount of 300 € corresponding to the deposit required for any reservation will be automatically blocked on your bank card.
This deposit is intended to cover, on the one hand, any damage that may be caused to the furniture or other objects in the reserved premises, and on the other hand, to cover the unusual costs of cleaning the premises on departure, which will be invoiced in addition. If necessary, the owner will make the calculation on the basis of the invoices justifying the replacement of the deteriorated objects. The loss of a key will result in the change of the lock and the replacement of all the keys at the customer's expense.
If, within 48 hours following your departure, no damage is noted, this deposit will be released.

Article 7 / Cancellation of the stay by the customerA cancellation less than 7 days before the planned date of arrival will in no case give rise to a refund of the deposit. In case of early departure during the stay or no-show, the price corresponding to the cost of the reserved stay remains entirely acquired by the owner and will be charged. There will be no refund.

Article 8 / Cancellation of the stay by the trailers of Kuzco.If, before the beginning of the stay, the owner has to cancel the reservation, he must immediately inform his customer by e-mail or by mail. The customer will be then immediately refunded of the sums which he will have already paid.

Article 9 / SchedulesThe arrival of the customer is planned in the afternoon of the day specified at the time of his reservation from 5:00 pm and at the latest at 8:00 pm. In case of particular or unforeseen request, please contact us at 06.21.34.06.07.The accommodations must be vacated by 11:00 am. Beyond this time limit of departure, a fixed price of 99 € euros may be charged.

Article 10 / Change of accommodationWithout the client being able to claim any compensation, the owner reserves the right to change the accommodation initially booked by the client to a room of the same or higher capacity. In this case, the cost of the reservation remains unchanged.

Article 11 / PetsOur friends the pets are authorized (10 kg maximum) with a supplement of 5 € per day, to be held in lead on the site and not to remain alone in lodging, their excrements must be imperatively collected. In case of non-respect of this rule, the owner reserves the right to refuse the service and in this case, the stay remains due.

Article 12 / Art of living and use of the premisesIn order to guarantee the quietude of the places and the comfort of the customers of the trailers of Kuzco, the respect of a certain "art of living" is asked to all. It is in particular required not to smoke inside the house. The customer commits himself more generally to respect the instructions of good manners which will be indicated to him, those which are imposed to all as soon as one lives in community and the present general conditions of sale.
The client agrees to return the accommodation in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to systematically declare - and to assume financially - any damage for which he/she would be responsible.
The attention of the customers is drawn to the fact that the minors evolving on the property are placed under the single and whole responsibility of their parents or the persons having authority on them.
Kuzco's caravans will not accept any responsibility in case of loss, theft and/or damage or injuries caused to the goods and/or the persons being on the property, and this whatever the cause is.

Article 13 / Data Protection ActIn accordance with the law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, the files and freedoms, you profit from a right of access and of correction to the data concerning you. We commit ourselves not to transmit in any case the information that you communicated to us to other companies or organizations.

Article 14 / Competent CourtAny dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale is subject to French law. In the absence of amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court of Vannes.
